Meet The Head Coach

Coach Jay is the Lead Director of Debate Prime and has coached students across China, the United States, Vietnam, Germany, and Thailand.

With over a decade of experience as both a competitor and coach, he has earned prestigious scholarships and competitive honors while helping students develop exceptional critical thinking, argumentation, and public speaking skills.

Coach Jay holds a degree in Philosophy and has contributed to elite debate programs at Harvard, mentoring students in debate, communication, and analytical reasoning. Through Debate PRIME and the Lincoln-Douglas Project, he is committed to expanding access to world-class debate education for students around the globe.
